2How long does the overseas recruitment process take?

The overseas recruitment process typically takes 4 to 8 weeks from initial application to deployment. This timeline includes document verification (3-5 days), trade testing if required (1-2 days), employer interview (1-2 weeks for scheduling), visa processing (2-4 weeks depending on country), medical examination (2-3 days), and emigration clearance (3-5 days). Fast-track processing may be available for urgent requirements.

3Do you charge any fees from candidates?

Rafiya Travels follows ethical recruitment practices as mandated by the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India. We charge only government-approved service fees which are clearly communicated before registration. No hidden charges or unauthorized fees are collected. All charges are documented with proper receipts. Candidates are advised to verify any payment requests with our official office.

4Which countries do you provide recruitment services for?

Rafiya Travels primarily recruits for Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries including Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates (Dubai, Abu Dhabi), Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, and Bahrain. We also facilitate recruitment for other countries such as Russia, Jordan, and Uzbekistan based on employer demand and valid job orders.

Yes, Rafiya Travels is a government-licensed overseas recruitment agency registered with the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India under the Emigration Act. Candidates can verify our credentials on the official eMigrate portal (emigrate.gov.in) maintained by the Government of India.

6What is GAMCA medical test and where is it done?

GAMCA (GCC Approved Medical Centers Association) medical test is mandatory for candidates traveling to GCC countries for employment. The test includes blood tests, chest X-ray, and physical examination to ensure medical fitness. Rafiya Travels helps with GAMCA online registration and coordinates appointments at approved medical centers in Delhi and nearby cities. Results are typically available within 24-48 hours.

7What is emigration clearance and who needs it?

Emigration clearance is required for Indian citizens with ECR (Emigration Check Required) passport traveling to 18 notified countries including all GCC nations for employment. The clearance is issued by the Protector of Emigrants (POE) through the eMigrate portal. Candidates with ECNR (Emigration Check Not Required) status are exempt. Rafiya Travels handles the complete emigration clearance process.

Airport pickup and reception arrangements in the destination country are typically handled by the employer as part of the employment contract. Rafiya Travels coordinates with employers to ensure candidates receive proper reception upon arrival. We also provide pre-departure briefing covering airport procedures, immigration process, and employer contact details.
